Looking to deeply relax, open and release stress from both your body and mind? A classical form of hatha yoga, this slower-paced class is a safe way to begin a new yoga practice or deepen your advanced practice. Learn mindful breathing and relaxation techniques. Experience passive stretches that leave you feeling restored. Wearing layers of clothing is recommended. Equipment is provided. New Student & Family Pre-Convocation Commuter Coffee Rece... - Event

Convocation marks the official beginning of your journey as an Aztec.  It serves as a formal welcome to new students and their families. We will be hosting a pre-convocation reception for commuter students and their families at 8:00 AM in the courtyard of the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union. Commuter Life staff will be there to welcome you, and refreshments will be provided. Commuter students will join the on-campus residents in the Band Run at approximately 8:50 AM, and the formal convocation ceremony will begin at 10:00 AM in Viejas Arena.
