Join us for Nooners, a recurring event series spotlighting student talent, where a student performer or band takes the stage for a full hour — happening Wednesday, Novemebr 12, from 12-1 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard.

Join us for Cooking with Chefs (CWC) on Tuesday, Nov. 18 from 2–3 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard for a special Aztecs Rock Hunger (ARH) edition! This month’s theme, Pantry to Plate, highlights how to create delicious, nutritious dishes using ingredients from our very own A.S. Food Pantry while supporting the campus effort to fight food insecurity. Watch professional chefs prepare flavorful recipes live, pick up a few culinary tips and enjoy an afternoon of good food and community spirit.

Get ready to cozy up at Campground Cookout on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 4–6 p.m., at the Student Union Courtyard! Enjoy a relaxed, fall-inspired atmosphere with hot dogs, mac and cheese and fun seasonal crafts. Take in the cozy campground vibes while enjoying live performances during the open mic, or grab the mic yourself and join in the fun! Don’t forget to sign up to perform and make the most of this laid-back evening filled with comfort food, creativity and community.

Travel the world without leaving campus at Games Around the Globe on Monday, December 1, 4–6 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard. Join us for a fun-filled afternoon of international games, activities, and friendly competition. Bring your friends, try new games from different cultures, and enjoy an exciting way to connect with the campus community.

Dream of performing live and showing off your band’s talent? Here’s your chance! Enter the Battle of the Bands student competition for an opportunity to open for the GreenFest Concert headliner this Spring.

The top bands will be selected to compete in the Battle of the Bands on Wednesday, December 3, 6–8 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard for the grand prize.

Celebrate the winter season at Snowplace Like the Union on Wednesday, December 10, 6–8 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard! Enjoy festive activities, holiday-themed fun, and cozy vibes with friends. Bring your friends, get into the seasonal spirit, and make the most of this winter wonderland event on campus.

Get ready to move and groove at Dancing Under the Stars on Wednesday, November 5 from 6–8 p.m.! Enjoy a night filled with dance instruction to a variety of styles, food and a photobooth for you and your friends to capture the fun. It’s the perfect way to relax, dance and celebrate under the stars!

Continue the celebration of Día de los Muertos with a cozy movie night! Join us for Monday Night Movies with an outdoor screening of Coco on Monday, Nov. 3, in the Student Union Courtyard. Pre-movie activities start at 5:30 p.m., where you can enjoy pan dulce, pan de muerto and Mexican hot chocolate, contribute to the community ofrenda and learn about the significance of Día de los Muertos traditions. The movie begins at 6:30 p.m., so bring your friends, blankets and good vibes for a heartwarming night under the stars!

Join us on Friday, Oct. 31, at 1 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard for the exciting finale of the Homecoming Spirit Competition! Cheer on student orgs and groups as they race to the finish line in the last event of the week, while also celebrating the First-Year Residence Hall Banner Competition. Watch the banners on display, see the judges crown a winner and enjoy a spirited afternoon full of energy, pride and fun as we wrap up Haunted Homecoming Week!

Get your glow on for Homecoming! Join us at HomeGLOWing Hype Night on Thursday, Oct. 30, from 7–9 p.m. in Montezuma Hall. The night will be packed with glow activities, games, food, and fun. Bring your friends and help us build the hype for Homecoming Weekend!

Get spooky and spirited at Oh My Gourd! It’s Homecoming! on Wednesday, Oct. 29, from 5–7 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard. This pumpkin-themed event is packed with pumpkin decorating, activities and free food. Show off your creativity as we celebrate Homecoming Week and embrace the Haunted Homecoming theme!

Kick off Homecoming Week at the Homecoming Spirit Fest & Aztecs Rock Hunger Kickoff, where SDSU pride meets community impact. Celebrate the launch of Aztecs Rock Hunger, enjoy free food and spirit gear, and cheer on the announcement of the 10 Homecoming Royals. Plus, join in honoring Aztecs Rock Hunger's 15 years of service with a special Certificate of Recognition.

Step into the spotlight at Open Mic Night (OMN) on Thursday, October 23, from 5–7 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard! This recurring series showcases the talent of student performers as they take the stage in front of a live audience. Whether you're performing or just there to support your peers, come enjoy an evening of music, poetry, comedy, and more in a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
