Student Team Competition Applications due on February 13, 2015!

Form your team today for a chance to win a Grand Prize, the GreenFest Spirit Trophy, and make an appearance on stage at the GreenFest Concert on March 5, 2015!

Find a group of at least five (5) SDSU students and submit your GreenFest Online Application by midnight on February 13, 2015. Everything you need to know about the various Student Team Competitions will be in the GreenFest Student Resource Guide. You will be competing in a green and fun week of events promoting sustainability, diversity, and Aztec Pride. Check out the Informational Sessions for more details on all of the Student Team Competitions that will be happening on March 1 – 5, 2015.

Grow Your Love with GreenFest on February 13, 2015!

Spend your Valentine’s Day with GreenFest! Join us on February 13th at 5:30pm in the Lee and Frank Goldberg Union Courtyard to show off your art skills by joining us to paint tiles that will be donated to the Children’s Center at SDSU! There will be candy, flowers, and everything you need to kick off your Valentine’s Day weekend!

Mix It Up @ the Union on January 21, 2015!

Ring in the new semester and join GreenFest at Mix It Up @ the Union on January 21, 2015 at 11:00am in the Lee and Frank Goldberg Courtyard! Don’t miss out on the make-your-own-trail mix station and the sustainable smoothie bike hosted by GreenFest, live music, and a variety of DIY activities!

Save the Date for GreenFest Week: March 1-5, 2015

AZTECS! Pull out your calendars and get ready for GreenFest Week on March 1-5, 2015. You'll experience some traditional GreenFest events like the Bike Brunch, Green Lunch Bag Series, Enviro-Fashion Show, and the Concert. We're also implementing innovative events such as the Boat Challenge/Pool Party at the SDSU Aquaplex, a basketball viewing party, Sustain Your Roots, and various Do It Yourself (DIY) activities. So don't forget to save the date for this fun filled week of activities that promote sustainability, diversity and Aztec Pride!

GreenFest: A Yearlong Initiative

Traditionally, GreenFest has been a weeklong event. However, for the first time ever, GreenFest invites you to practice and celebrate sustainability, Aztec pride, and diversity all throughout the academic year! We’ll be having a different event every month. Be on the lookout!

GreenFest, presented by SDSU's Associated Students and SDSU's Enviro-Business Society, is a weeklong of events which encourage, celebrate, and advocate for sustainability, Aztec Pride, and diversity. The purpose of GreenFest is to engage the campus community through social and interactive programs in an effort to educate them on the important of living a sustainable lifestyle and to promote sustainable practices.
