*On-campus student organizations receive 2 complimentary reservations each fall and spring semester.

On-campus student organizations are defined as organizations that currently maintain on-campus status with the Centers for Student Involvement. Only the registered executive officers (i.e. President, Vice-President, Secretary & Treasurer) may reserve rooms on behalf of their organization. Student Organizations are required to renew their on-campus standing with the Centers for Student Involvement by the third week of each fall semester.
